Here’s how it works:

Consider me your personal guide. I will start by getting to know you through a call or zoom meeting to determine what your needs are.
After narrowing down your needs and seeing if you are a good fit for us, we will move forward with a proposal tailored to fit your needs and desires.
We won’t pressure you or obligate you to commit to anything. We understand that choosing a videographer is a big deal, and we will invest time in guiding you whether you decide to book with us or not!
If you like what you see and think we would be a good fit to capture your story, you can then accept our proposal. Once you’ve done this, you pay a down payment to lock yourself into our calendar, and you’re good to go!
Once we are getting closer to your wedding date, we will reach back out with a questionnaire, and (optionally) schedule another phone call so we can be 100% prepared to film your wedding. We want to make sure we are aware of everything important such as details, scheduling, special events, and so on. We don’t want to miss anything, your wedding only happens one time!
When we arrive, we’ll film everything discussed that was important to you. This usually includes events such as first looks, hair/makeup, groom prep, the ceremony, the reception, your speeches, as well as capturing drone footage, b-roll of details and decor, and so on.
Additionally, we make it a priority to capture high quality audio of everything important during your wedding day. This usually includes your ceremony vows, speeches, and any other audio that helps tell your story. Dialogue audio is a critical component to us, and it oftentimes carries the storyline of our films.

After we finish filming your wedding, the editing process begins.
We will typically have your final film done within 6-8 weeks. Other edits you may have requested, like ceremony films or speech edits are usually complete sooner.
Don’t want to wait? Ask us about our trailer edits. Trailer edits are 1-2 minutes long and have a turnaround time of one week from your wedding day.
If you want us to, we will communicate with you during the editing process. This could mean sending you song ideas, or asking you how important a certain clip or scene is to you.

Need that clip of the bad side of your face removed? Or did we forget to include a clip of someone important to you? No problem! We include 1-2 rounds of revisions to our films to make sure the final product meets our couples’ expectations every time.
Your film, along with any other edits you requested, will be available via a personalized online gallery. From here you can watch, download, and share your video as much as you’d like! Galleries last 10 years, so we also provide a complimentary USB drive to make sure you have a tangible copy to hold onto for years to come.
